What you can expect

Located in the heart of Perth CBD, Kings Park and the Botanic Garden are yours to explore on a 2.5 hour guided walking tour. Spanning 400 hectares, the gardens are a haven for biodiversity containing a colourful and unique world of diverse flora and fauna. Wander the paths during a 7km walk taking in gorgeous views of the Swan River and Mt Elize escarpment.

Hear past time stories as you wind through the memorials, visit Gija Jumulu the 750 year old Boab tree and stroll along the Boodia Gnarning walk trail which showcases the diverse methods of survival used by the Nyoongar people. Continue amongst the treetops as you wander along the Lottery West Federation Walkway, illustrating striking artwork of the Centenary of Federation, Aboriginal culture and the trees of the Swan Coastal Plain.
