Outstanding staff

Outstanding staff! My partner is a weak swimmer and James made every effort to make sure she was ok. He was very experienced instructor and too ever effort to make the snorkelling experience a good one. We saw many fish sea dragons, stingrays, puffa fish to name a few. Excellent equipment. Small detail for improvement on my voucher said a 10.30 start but in fact the trip went at 9.30. Fortunately we were an hour early so didn't miss the trip! I would recommend this trip for all ages, all abilities especially beginners. Have fun!

Absolutely brilliant experience

Absolutely brilliant experience, and I highly recommend it to all ages! Our instructor (Jacki) was highly professional, informative and very receptive to having a six year old completing snorkel in the sea! Fully equipped for all ages, a very professional set up! All the water on the day was a little merky, sea horses were still seen and swimming around trying to find them was just as amazing! Such a lovely close drive to Melbourne, well signage and easy to locate! We cannot wait to go back and do another experience with Bayplay! Thank you experience oz for the opportunity, it sure will be etched in our memory of truly wonderful experiences
