What you can expect

Prepare for the ultimate day out exploring the scenic Northern Rivers region by e-bike with this self guided experience from Better By Bike. With free pickup between 9 and 9:30am from Byron Bay, Tweed Heads and the Kingscliff areas, this ride kicks off from Crabbes Creek and finishes at Murwillumbah. You can choose to ride the way back or the return shuttle will pick you up from Murwillumbah.

The friendly team will assist you with fitting the bike to your body to ensure you have a comfy ride. You’ll get helmets, panniers to carry anything you’d like to pack for the day, a light for the tunnel as well as a map.

Take in the sights as you cruise around with the help of the electric bikes and soak up the stunning nature of this region. Journey through the picturesque countryside and native rainforest across Nightcap National Park, and travel across 16 rail bridges throughout your ride. This is the best way to discover the Northern Rivers region, allowing full flexibility on your ride to stop for a coffee or a snack, or spend some more time at a serene lookout spot!
